WHO ARE WE?
Holiday CoHost was founded by Jen & Frankie Lemen. Both have entrepreneurial backgrounds and have run successful businesses.
Jen is a Chartered Surveyor with nearly 20 years of experience across a variety of sectors. She also runs a consultancy business, Property Elite, training aspiring Chartered Surveyors.
Frankie is a sports performance consultant, running Forza Performance after selling a profitable Chiropractic business.
Together, Jen & Frankie have successfully run their own holiday letting, The Dog House, Mere, as well as providing cohost and consultancy services to other owners of holiday lettings.

Holiday CoHost helps you to set up and run your holiday rental. We take care of you, your property and your guests.
It doesn’t matter if you live a mile or a thousand miles away from your holiday rental, we take the stress and worry away so that you can focus on other things.
Our services are flexible; you can pick and choose the elements of support that you need to make your holiday rental a success.
